Ashley Shaw, FNP-BC – Founder
I grew up in a small town in Iowa, where the doctor knew your family and medicine was personal. That is the practice I set out to build when I founded Solveris Health and Longevity: care that is proactive, personal, and focused on root causes rather than symptoms.
My career started at the bedside – ICU and direct observation unit, then hospital-wide infection prevention and control and managing a clinic through the pandemic. After earning my MSN at Azusa Pacific, I practiced as a nurse practitioner in pain management, helped build SharpCare's primary care clinic, moved into internal medicine, and spent a year in mobile urgent care, treating people in their own living rooms for problems that had been building for years. Across 17 years in medicine, 10 of them as a nurse practitioner, the same pattern kept repeating: by the time patients reached me, we were decades late. That is what brought me to longevity medicine, where the work is not just adding years but keeping people strong, sharp, and vibrant through all of them.
My approach to aesthetics follows the same philosophy. Trained through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, I favor noninvasive, regenerative treatments that work with your anatomy rather than against it. The goal is that you look like yourself, rested and well.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2009 and my Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University in 2016. I hold national board certification as a family nurse practitioner, am certified in longevity medicine by the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP), completed aesthetic injectable training through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and am active in the California Association of Nurse Practitioners (CANP). I am licensed as a nurse practitioner in California (Nurse Practitioner License #95004599) and regulated by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Care is available to patients located in California by mobile visit and telehealth. Licensing & regulatory details.
Outside the clinic, I'm a Scripps Ranch mom of five who lives for movement – yoga, strength training, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding – plus time in the kitchen, traveling the world, and our precious Aussiedor.

Why "Solveris"?
Solveris comes from the Latin roots sol, meaning sun, and veris, meaning of spring – together evoking the warmth and renewal of the first days of spring sunlight. Just as that moment in nature signals new beginnings, restored energy, and the return of vitality, Solveris exists to help you reclaim and sustain your own. It's a name that speaks to what we believe: that vibrant health isn't just possible – it's a natural state worth returning to.
