What a session is like
You sit down, fully dressed, and stay there for about 28 minutes. Most men describe the sensation as tingling with strong internal contractions – unfamiliar for the first few minutes, then unremarkable. Men read, answer email, or talk through the session.
There is nothing to recover from afterward. You can drive yourself home, go back to work, or train the same day. A typical course is six sessions spread over roughly three weeks, and your provider confirms the right plan at your consultation.
Is Emsella right for you?
Emsella is worth discussing if you experience stress incontinence, urge incontinence, a mix of the two, or pelvic floor weakness following prostate treatment. It is not appropriate for everyone: implanted metal or electronic devices, including pacemakers, defibrillators, and metal implants near the treatment area, rule it out.
